Fred Walker - Broker
    Once upon a time a handshake meant more than a legal document between parties and to Fred Walker, owner and managing broker, of Black Diamond Vacation Rentals and Real Estate, his word and handshake still have that importance.Fred and Linda Walker, "The Spouses Selling Houses" have built a solid reputation with clients by establishing trust and following through with a variety of services related to the purchase, management, and construction of properties.

Fred has been a member of the Teton Board of Realtors since 1989. He became actively involved in the Teton Board of Realtors
when he was asked to serve on their Ethics and Professional Standards Committees. Since that initial involvement, Fred has served as the President of the Teton Board of Realtors, President of the Multiple Listing Service Committee and on the Board of Directors for the Wyoming Association of Realtors. In 1996, Fred was chosen as Realtor of Year. Fred's community involvment includes chairing the Improvment and Service District of Teton Village, Participating on the Teton Village Master Plan Committee, past predsident/Board of Directors of the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club, president of several homeowners associations, and treasurer of the Rocky Mountain Resort Alliance.

Fred was born in New York and graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. Degree in Labor Relations and Negotiations. Before entering the real estate profession, Fred worked as an Ironworker for 25 years and as the Ironworkers Union Executive Officer in New York. In his free time Fred enjoys playing golf, following sports and vacationing in Abaco in the Bahamas. you will see Fred with his ladies, wife Linda and German Sheperd Chelsea, walking the bike path by their home in Jackson Hole.
